For those who are want to buy the iPhone 7 without sign any plan,I highly recommend to buy it through apple online store instead of apple premium reseller...
*
Why is that so?

There is no difference regardless of who you buy from if warranty is by Apple Malaysia. Just bring to any service center also can claim hassle free. Same for the devices you buy from telcos as well.

The difference is when you bought your iphone from the apple premium reseller, mostly they will ask you to pay before open the box for you to check the phone.
After open,if lucky no problem then all is ok. But when you find any problem or defect, some of the kind premium reseller will give you exchange another new unit. Some of the bad staff will ask you claim warranty, for your info, claim warranty also will change a unit for you,but it is not new unit,it is refurbished unit that are returned by other country people and after fix the problem and you will not get it with the original box of the refurbished unit.
(like you take a new car and go to exchange a recond car)

If you open the box and check it is ok,once you step out from the shop, back home found any defect, very high chance a refurbished unit is waiting for you.

That why i tell you all better buy from apple online store if you don't want sign any telco plan.
Apple online store give you 10days from the invoice date, any problem  and call and they will send you new unit to exchange.(NOTE:really new unit, not claim warranty and refurbished unit)
*
Ok so the difference is only the first 10 days when we get the phone. We get to change to a brand new set should there be any imperfections out of the box. After that 10 days its all the same though. Thanks for the info.

Then again some people prefer to hunt and get it earlier even if it means only a few days earlier. laugh.gif

Anyone encounter hissing sound issue at the back of ur iphone 7?

Put your ear to the back of your iphone at apple logo part.
1) Press your power button on and off
2) Silent your iphone with vibrate on....ask someone calling ur number
3) Silent your iphone while playing game...
Etc method.

My unit got such issue.....Mate black 7P.

T_T
*
Think it affects about almost every iPhone 7 Plus.

Mine is a 256 GB matte black.

I can hear the hiss when its restoring but Its super soft though. Could only hear it if I press my ear towards the Apple logo. Lifted my ear about 1 cm away and I can hardly hear it anymore.

Unfortunately you got to live with it bro lol

Unless its like really super loud then probably you should claim warranty but then again you would risk getting a refurbished set and not to mention the possible long waiting time for a replacement set man.

I must say I really like the new haptic home.
*
Same here.

Love the feedback from scrolling through ex: scrolling through your songs and also from enabling/disabling settings options as well.

The animation as it cascades, it's not that smooth
*
Ah if its the animation then yes, probably the occasional slight lag but I don't get it all the time.

Anyway I think this will not be much of an issue when subsequent updates for iOS 10 rolls out.

There are numerous other bugs with iOS10 that have been reported but they should be fixed real soon.

Yes, when you double tap the home.

So you do see the slight lag in transition uh.. I thought its me that is seeing it. Yup, it doesnt happen all the time but its there. The 6s i have upgraded to iOS 10 does not produce this problem
*
hmm probably let me rephrase what I mentioned earlier, rather than bugs I would call these optimization issues.

Subsequent roll outs of iOS 10 will solve these small performance issues when future releases are more optimized for the 7s.

I do remember small performance issues and bugs last year with iOS9 with the 6S not present with the 6. Not to mention how the 6+ struggled with iOS8 initially. However these were all solved pretty quickly with subsequent OS updates.

So this is no biggie IMO.
