I had a look at both matte and jet black. Both looks good, imo. Still undecided which type of black to buy.

Just bought an i7+ flip case. But I've yet to order the phone itself. Most likely will buy from Apple online store. Right now, just looking for more cases.

Around 1-2 cases per iPhone model. During the i5s days, I bought >4 cases which I hardly used. I think 1-2 cases suits my needs just fine. This time using viva Madrid flip case for my i6s+ and decided to buy the same brand for i7+.

I will go for matte black which also means I can opt for 32gb or 128gb. Still deciding. How about you?

I'm using viva Madrid. They are selling in Machines and Harvey Norman. Prices around $89 (HN) to $109 (Machines) depending on the model type. So far no issues with the one I'm using for my i6s+. Fit is snug and easy to hold the flap as leverage.

I'd like try real leather cases if budget permits. I was also eyeing the otterbox flip case online.

Just ordered i7+ Matte Black 128GB from Apple Online Store. I can wait it out by mid-Nov or slightly earlier.

Yup, most stores are out of stock for the blacks. I bought directly from Apple for peace of mind in case I need the 1-1 exchange.

I did see some fingerprints on MB but not as obvious as the JB. It was quite "geli" to see so many oily prints on the JB. The sales ppl should wipe the JB set often. Anyway, still not an issue since it was a display unit.

My concern would be incurring fine scratches over time. I'll try to keep checking the display units. I didn't see any obvious marks. Wouldn't mind getting JB for a second set (maybe i7).
