I bought slickwrap clear. How long your slick wrap take to reach Malaysia?

Apple retailer store will start selling 14th oct during their normal operation hours, if you really want then suggest you go there around 10pm on 13th Oct to queue up when they close shop, bring sleeping bag, enough water, battery to overnight there till the next morning 10am when they open shop.

I believe so. During queing you will be asked what colour and they will give you a sticker or something indicate your colour. This allowed them to have the phone ready when it is your turn to pay. At least that is what I went through when buying iPad mini last time.
If buying case or browsing don't think need to queue ba.

same here. ever since apple introduced iCloud, i have never used itunes since then. all my backups are on cloud

for music I'm using spotify. for files just use icloud or dropbox

Just queue from 13th oct when they close shop till next morning 14th oct 10am when they open shop, once open you can directly go to counter, tell them what u want, pay money, done

Mostly, they will distribute Queue number an hour before you able to purchase... During that moment, you have to pick your storage size, color and etc. An hour later, you go in, proceed to payment and open the phone. So normally you do not have the chance to touch and feel the actual unit. (This is just my experience, 3 times at DIGI and 1 time at Switch)

how long do u have to wait before they serve u? if ur no 1, ofc ur gonna get first.. but if ur no is around 20 or 40-50 and the shop opens at 10am.. what would be estimated waiting time?

i did once with Maxis event in Klcc (convention center) and got the same purchase experience as mentioned by you

I don't know man, hard to say, depend on the strategy and efficiency of the staffs I guess ? Maybe you can try the machine store in Nu Sentral, LG floor. The staff told me the yesterday that they don't expect too much crowd at their store as compare to other place.
