I believe so. During queing you will be asked what colour and they will give you a sticker or something indicate your colour. This allowed them to have the phone ready when it is your turn to pay. At least that is what I went through when buying iPad mini last time.
If buying case or browsing don't think need to queue ba.

I don't know man, hard to say, depend on the strategy and efficiency of the staffs I guess ? Maybe you can try the machine store in Nu Sentral, LG floor. The staff told me the yesterday that they don't expect too much crowd at their store as compare to other place.

Guess you have to go early then smile.gif but come to think of it, Nu sentral is in KL sentral, pack with people how can it going to be less than other place? Maybe majority are going to work, just like me, so won't have the time to go and queue, and traffic is bad in the morning, so less people, just my assumption.
