UPS received the the ship order from Apple Singapore (Apple HQ for entire Asia excluding Japan) then coordinates with Apple China (or Foxconn or someone) and ships the iPhone to you.

Malaysia used to be under Apple Singapore, but recently Apple opened a direct office here. Distribution is still controlled by Apple Singapore though.

Dont just try listening for the hiss. Do a video recording and see if the hiss is in your video

You may not be able to hear but if the internal mic picks up on the hissing sound, you should get it replaced

I remember one case company they did warn that their case may get some bubble when used with the jet black. Forgot which company though

Anyone here using Spegen Crystal Shell? Is the side hard or soft like Ringke Fusion?

Others like iMessage got vibrate? Maybe the ringtone that you chose is too short so you don't feel the vibrate
Like mine it's only two short beeps and I only feel one short vibration
