Seeking some answer for the below.

I want to get back the digi prepaid no which i have used earlier . I checked with DIGI and the number is now available as prepaid for registration . I walked to digi center and they told me that i cannot register as its a prepaid and it can be anywhere with any dealer. I do not have the sim pack of the no with me .

Is this true and is there any way for me to get the number ( prepaid ) .
