If Samsung sells Note 7 at half the price with disclaimer and no warranty, no one in their sane mind will buy it (RM1,500 can buy many other reliable phones), Note 7 uncontrollable overheating kills the motherboard of my pre-replacement Note 7 and many battery explosion issues, it is just not worth it even at quarter the price now. I rather have Samsung mandatory buy back all Note 7 and salvage whatever parts they can and make better Note 8, they got 1 extra year to get Note 8 right or go bust.

on the side note,does anyone have wobbly spen on the clicking mechanism go back to SC and replace a better one?i went to sunway pyramid SC just now and they refuse to change mine as they said its  suppose to be like that,but yesterday i encounter my spen stuck,but manage to take it out using a needle..

Anyone else, I tried my friend's pre-replacement SPen (he said hilang and just returned the phone and box (w/out sim tray & SPen), pre-replacement SPen is solid AF, no wobble whatsoever, fit nicely.

Not yet, want to try. Haven't start using mine, thinking of refund.

NO there's no need to. You know why? Just because the phone is not here. I would see it is beneficial if only Samsung eager to sell it regardless, and then yes, your post does matters. Till then there's no need to. Your post alone won't help much also. Malaysia have 30 million population & LYN forum won't help you to reach up the masses. All the news that you've shared, we're all aware and thanks for that. In other words, we're immune to that, since there's nothing to be said anymore, since we've already bought the phone and we got no other options by far other than to endure it, unless there's other options for us or Samsung decides to recall and refund options again.

Samsung is losing billions compared to your few hundred ringgits. Why can't you guys understand that its your own risk to buy the phone and even the accessories? Accessories also blame them, you guys should ask the accessories company itself, not Samsung
