I wonder if it is refund, would Samsung offer any compensation for the customers. This is merely because most customers already buy some accessories for their phone such as casing, screen protector, microsd card and so on. Apart from that, the time that the customers spend just to get all these sorted out.

QUOTE(jacky91 @ Oct 11 2016, 09:49 AM) according to the CS i contacted just now, he said need to give back freebies, but then the CS ytd said no need Some people already sold off their freebies because actually, once they mentioned freebies, it's up to the owner to decide whether they want to keep or not.nothing is for sure now, since SME still haven't release any official statement. Furthermore, if this is refund, not the owner's fault. I think the freebies will be kept by the owner. |

Just wait for Samsung Malaysia to sort out. If opt for exchange, wonder what lousy freebies they going to give to compensate i.e tempered glass?
If refund, is there any compensation for the customers who go through all the hassles for example travelling cost, trouble to do all the backup and transfer and etc. Hope Samsung Malaysia will sort this out soon. |

I believe the next Note would be a beast, packed with lots of high tech, in order to boost the sales once more.

QUOTE(gogo2 @ Oct 11 2016, 11:53 PM) lol.. yeah, you're right. But if you watch iPhone 7 review, you'll see that iPhone 7 can keep running multiple apps while Note 7 need to reload the apps. I think you better buy iphone. That's why I said that iPhone 7 is best replacement for Note 7. Furthermore, if you scared about file management, you have a lot of file management apps like Google drive. Nothing is impossible with iPhone. Only you need to find the way. |
