Do you still remember where people used to say that IP68 is impossible for Note series since it got S-Pen? But at the end, Samsung did it in Note 7. So may be the IP68 technology in Note 7 is different compared to S7/S7 edge. As for the fast charging part, Note 7 is the first samsung device that using USB Type C. That's another difference between Note 7 & S7/S7 Edge.
