This is the RV02 first revision. As you can see in the 3rd picture, there's a handle like thing which all the cables go through. This makes all the cables exit from only one place, which kinda makes it neater. You could then place the cover over it as shown in the 1st picture.
The only problem is the cover won't close properly if you use a DVI-VGA adaptor.
