If you are using firefox, then you can try this

1) Type about:config into the address bar
2) Then type general.useragent.extra.firefox into the filter bar
3) Double click it and change the value into Firefox/2.0.0.2 MEGAUPLOAD 1.0

I guess most spywares and viruses are able to bypass norton (or norton is not able to detect most viruses from the start), and it slows down ur comp like hell. U should changed it into something better.

Well I cant be sure about it since I remove it right after something was detected. Perhaps it only affect something minor?
