TERRIBLE developer (Dergahayu) and agent (GS Realty)!! First it was all rosy and nice. Agent said, if everything doesnt go through, booking fees is 100% refundable.. it has been almost 2 months. No news from them, called and whatsapped no one pick up!
Don't get yourself into this terrible situation!!!!
