Hi guys, some of Nokia phone got Whatsapp preinstalled. Lately got notification mentioned Whatsapp will no longer support Symbian and ending their service by the end of 2016.

Is there any way to solve this matter?

Nope, the only thing you can do is changing to other OS.

I like typing with physical T9 keypad. It's like become DNA in my life. Haha, just kidding. Well, if there's no work around, then change phone. If possible to stick with Symbian I will too.

yes they do, but now I can ditch Symbian for food.

My Nokia E8 is working perfectly like a charm with 3 days battery life .....

The symbian will totally close the door. so sad.

as I saw on the phone, whatsapp will end their service. meaning, no more send/receive data from their server.
but idk if whatsapp bring other meaning only no more update.

Why you want to stick with symbian when is no longer supported by Nokia. Its very buggy, slow and laggy. So many cheap android phones but way faster than symbian you can choose from.

You can buy blackberry android phone with keypad. Samsung S6 & S7 also got keypad casing

yeah, i don't mind physical button or not. but some pretty hefty with numpad/keypad.
which only symbian did offer. giving up on this kind of phone somehow unavoidable.
