probably probook or envy series more reliable

ha, that hot laser printer p1102 don wanna put for offering

clearly 11st is transforming & reposition now into branded selling ecommerce platform rather than rojak as they know they never can beat mayun leading alibaba + lazada in aspect of china stuffs, they can't count on individual/small retail seller to survive, in fact these sellers may disappear when times come lazada ready to take off with taobao.lazada.com.my and klia hub ready for regional distribution job

11st brings in international brand & local brands, sme to continue ... else celcom may consider quit also, who wanna keep dumping money out

gemfive also struggling

but i dont think celcom is dumping the money in. if not mistaken, the korean mother company SK planet (51% stake) holds more power than celcom - https://www.malaysianwireless.com/2015/03/1...zone-ecommerce/ . Probably the only reason why they partner with celcom is to enter the Malaysian market. Now that the koreans have achieved their objective, don't think there's a need to rely on celcom much anymore. Afterall, 11st is doing well in korea.

I made an 11street purchase via shopback which stated up to 2% cashback. They did mention that not all items will receive 2% cashback, but did not list the cashback tiers for each category. I bought something for RM370, and guess how much rebate I got back? RM0.33! That's like 0.008% - what a waste of time. The lowest cashback tier for Lazada is 1.5% and even so, they are transparent in listing it out. highest is 17.5%.

Spoke to Asuka Express on the phone and they themselves suggested cancelling the order which they did. Problem is I paid by Boost so the refund is to 11s credit which cannot be cashed out. So I called another seller to ask beforehand if they have any problems shipping out and placed another order.

This seller fierce and very pissed off at 11s. They put the actual reason there. LOL.

Normally they are willing to offer slight discount so that they don't need to pay transaction fee to the online platform. But, if your item is subsidized by the online platform (as a form of marketing investment), the seller wont be able to give u the rate published on the site.
