Anyone has dealt with Spigen Premium Store before? They r selling in G5 and 11street, not sure if there r selling in lazada.

I bought an item from them through 11street on 7th Oct 2016, until now no update, no tracking number, nothing.

Called to 11street CS, they told me they are from My 5 Trading (thats is what i heard). Called the HP number given, not answering my call.

Please avoid this Seller at all costs.

Update:

I managed to whatsapp the boss.

He told me he has just back from oversea, and all his stocks finished.

I asked why he didnt has any inventory control, he blamed 11street, lazada, lelong, gemfive & etc for failing to sync among their system.

Last sat he promised to update me with the eta but i got no news from him yet until now.

This is my last and only time dealing with Spigen Premium Store.

I bought an iphone from them on 23 October 2016, but there is no eta until today. Seller said they do not have stocks.....

I have already whatsapp'ed with them. They said they do not have stocks.

As G5 charges 2% on buyers who abuse the discount code, they should also charge merchant who cant fulfill the order on time as listed imho.

They have already confirmed they do not have stocks. I won be able to get it even after 14 days.

Lazada? To be honest lazada helped a lot of merchants to filter negative comments.

I had encountered a case in lazada where the merchant just cancelled my order without reason and thereafter increase the price of the same product with available stocks.

I hv complained to lazada and even written negative comments about the merchant but the comments have been filtered by lazada.

I asked him/her whether i can just let her know the total amount of my purchase so that he can quote me his charges but he said he wants to log in into my account first.

This is really strange for me so i refused to proceed further.

Yes, in order for him/her to use the card he needs to log in to your account first. This is understandable.

But what i dun understand is, he wants to log in into my account first in order for him to quote his charges.

I was thinking isnt it good enuf if i just tell him the total amount of my purchase? Why does he need to log in into my account to see for himself? What is his motive?

For items below RM150, 11 is still the best most of the time.
