Purchased prepaid top up from 11street, the seller is MobilityOne. Top up didn't performed because the number input wrongly. But the system validate it and says good to go.

Complaint to their CS but 2 weeks still not solved. Keep asking me to be patient.

Any sifu knows which authority I can complaint? CFM or Consumer Tribunal Court?

Yes. I input wrongly, the number incomplete as my phone screen size was small, didn't check properly. But the system prompted "this mobile phone can be used to purchase this item" before I proceed.

I send message to the CS, they said will investigate and reprocess the top up to me. But it took 2 weeks and keep asking me to wait for seller respond

Instead of 017XXXXXXX, I input 07XXXXXXX, short of "1" at the beginning. If tat number is the genuine mobile number, then I will faint

I think that so. But the response took so long and I started to lose faint with 11street. Shouldn't greed on the 4% rebate. If this case turn ugly, I wouldn't top up from them anymore. Also, I wouldn't buy anything from them.
