I ordered an iPhone 7 from G5 on Tuesday, I didn't notice they stated it takes 5-10 working days to ship until later.. Does it usually take this long? It says is fulfilled by gemfive themselves.. At this stage it's still acknowledged

So gemfive cs just replied to my email saying that due to low in stock, there is delay for the iPhone 7 (didn't say for how long), and their merchant is waiting apple msia to get back to them... I wanna ask, merchant means another 3rd party or still under gemfive? Since when I purchase it says fulfilled by gemfive

Is it just me that is having a unpleasant experience with gemfive? ordered the iPhone 7 (not plus version) on 8th Nov until now still in progress, has been emailing and facebook PMing them and the updates they gave me are inaccurate ( told me it will deliver last Friday but nothing happened, not even some updates about why it didn't deliver)
I tried calling and it's not that helpful... |
