Lazada? To be honest lazada helped a lot of merchants to filter negative comments.

I had encountered a case in lazada where the merchant just cancelled my order without reason and thereafter increase the price of the same product with available stocks.

I hv complained to lazada and even written negative comments about the merchant but the comments have been filtered by lazada.

On 30 Dec still no Progress(Acknowledged) , Pm Gemfive to refer with merchant, but Gemfive Replied need to wait 3-5 working days,they can ask because status in gemfive apps are unavailable for this phone, but they didn't do it.

Yesterday i pm gemfive for 2nd time, today they replied will check. And just now received email that phone out of stock, and will refund 6 working days. Damn it.

If i order from another merchant, no more gemcash available for electronic, oh ya, i order for my customer & need to refund back with my own money. New year Spoil.
