just bought from Gem5, a hisense 32in tv for a friend and sent to Ipoh. ordered on Wednesday morning and arrived next day, Thursday morning. Seller is eShop. Cheapest deal compared to Lazada and 11street.

Please beware of gemfive merchant BESTDEALAVSHOP who selling electrical item likes tv.
Take 10 days and no update on the shipment, complaint to gemfive and no update yet. After three time complaints only sent out the tv. First time meet a seller with unprofessional dealing

Anybody's dealing with BESTDEALAVSHOP, please call them immediately to pick-up the electrical items, especially TVs. I've purchased from them twice and problem lies with Skynet. 1 TV lost before (suspected stolen by Skynet's personnel) and they replaced it for me (pick it up from their store in Lowyat plaza).

You can buy, but I strongly suggest to pickup the TV rather than wait for the shipment.

10days? Me 2weeks. They dont have stock. Push gemfive also cannot do anything. Haha facepalm this shop say got stock, end up dont have.

Lowyat outlet sucks.

received order - 2oth

deliver via skynet

17th - ask status via fb msgr, g5 inform merchant will process order that day, and inform courier to pick up in the evening

18th - ask status again, as no changes in order status. g5 replied courier didnt turn up on 17th, pick will be done today..which actually on 19th pickup based on tracking records

20th - item received via skynet

seller website...but dont have any tv there..lol
