They don't. Last week I got a RM100 prestomall voucher from someone, spent over 30 min searching for anything to buy at all, sadly, it's like a "dead town", all merchants were expensive.

Ended up spending on nestle which is weirdly 10-20% more expensive than on Shopee / Lazada.

Last week I try to order a redmi handphone from a buyer in Prestomall. After 3 working days the seller still refuse to process my order. I sms the seller, the seller told me that Prestomall is having financial trouble, and refuse to pay them even after 2 months. I am so worried after I heard this. Because I still have rm900 prestopay credit inside.

Yes. After I cancelled the previous non fulfilled order. I immediately order two handphones from a well-known(?) Official Store in Prestomall on 29/4, but till today 3/5 the 2 orders is still not yet pick up by the seller.

some seller tell that some item might get custom tax during transit...wonder why? if buy in bulk for business purpose then only custome will tax us, right?
