Bought a phone in Qoo10. Shipped by GDEX. Tracking was not updated since last week and called GDEX yet said the parcel is missing. Anyone faced this problem before? Is there any chance to claim for a refund? Thank you.

Ordered a HD from 11Street Friday evening. I don't normally use 11Street but they accept Boost payments and I have this RM5 referral reward which I wanted to use and it was the last day for the RM10 cashback. Not to mention that the shake rewards are fun. When it arrived this morning, I was sleeping. The GDeX guy called, I didn't hear the phone so he just left the package at the gate. Later at noon, I found it by the opposite drain, plastic package all ripped to shreds. I know who did it. HD was intact.

GDEX system got tracking status? qoo10 always have tracking code but the parcel not ship out yet

Indeed, it's our adopted street dog. Adopted not by one house but a few so she guards the whole street. Domino's pizza guy always gets a hard time. Coming to our houses is OK. She'll let him deliver the pizza then chase him when he's on the way out. She's fair though, she'll only chase him after he has started the motorbike. I suspect the GDeX guy this morning threw my package to the dog as a distraction to save himself. Later will go check the CCTV, may be a good video to monetise on Youtube.
