If I paid some bills using Shopee, but after 5 hours decided to cancel the orders while they are still in "to Ship" will I get the refunds back to my credit cards?

Not sure shopee. But the rest like lazada and 11street just don't accept the shipment and said u want cancel. They will proceed for refund within 7-21 days

iinm, if you cancel & seller accept, fund will straight go to your shopee wallet. From there, you can cash out to your bank account or purchase something else.
Will not refund back to your cc..

If still neeed the seller acceptance on cancellation, then better I stick to buying from LAzada.
