rakuten malaysia flopped hard. they already shutdown malasia operation.

Never bought from Global Rakuten. Used to buy from Rakuten Malaysia. They have closed down in March 2016.

If you can wait, then maybe see if there's Shopping Cart Coupon during Payday Bonanza, usually near end of the month. But not sure if they'll continue with it this year. Since the current coupons are of small value, can get better deals when combine Bonus + Shopping Cart (+ Shipping) coupons.

Yes. The credit is calculated based on the amount after coupon deduction. Just have to remember to claim it before 15th the following month (just to be safe). Although the Credit Rebate FAQ stated can claim till end of the following month, my claim failed and CS told me it's only till the 15th. I have written in to them with the FAQ screenshot, awaiting reply.
