I would suggest 11street since u buy through their site and this will later make 11street much more aware of their seller cooperation and attitude.

Hoping they no more let scammy seller selling stuff at their sites.

Anyone know how to get back the money? Never buy from 11street before.

actually, they can put low price because they don't even have the stock. modus operandi is to collect the money from buyers and then place order AFTER THAT. and if you wanna initiate the non-arrival, they immediately give a fake tracking number and then delay for you for weeks with reason as: courier guy did not pick up, wrong address, wrong tracking number, etc. trust me, it's very hard to get refund.

i just wanna create awareness for future buyer not to be cheated. hopefully, when they google 01124377767 or 011-24377767, it will leads to this page.

As what I understand from 1 of the seller, 11st will release payment to seller once seller update tracking number.. so it won't care whether the tracking number is correct and whether buyer confirm purchase.. it is really lousy system.. they just provide platform to buyer but didn't provide security..

lastime i added listerine..shipping rm3 thats the best i found

edit: gemfive where got free shipping for small stuff like lazada one bangwall.gif

I already purchased two TVs on two separate transactions from them this year. On second purchase recently: Placed order on Tue. Arrived on Fri the same week. Good recommended seller.

11street customer service is so lousy! spoken to a woman name Mohana and was told to click request for refund and wait for seller to response. seller already keep the money for more than 30 days and now have to wait for god knows how many days until seller response.

they actually sell a lot of stuff and listed as Power Seller, a lot of their stuff has lots of 5 star reviews happy customers
from the on look they seem legit
