Their tracking system always down. But i did not purchase anything from 11street since their customer service issue. All this time i can use combine coupon until one day it cant.

I check tnc and found no issue. After that i asked their CS and they check for me and wondering why it cant. Until this and that and so on, one of the CS told me they missed to upgrade the tnc and they said there is way to revert back my bpoint. Luckily B company return me.

Lazada - email issue, they said is not way to fix and ask me to register new account and they will never bother to reply me or get back to me
Qoo10 - CS that will bring you to holland. A website that got most of error.
