Gdex celaka one...In all my years of ordering stuff online, plenty of occasions where they just simply update status cannot deliver because no one home... vmad.gif FYI, my mom's almost always at home...Just call and screw them...Do it early in the morning, if lucky they'll deliver the same day...
Just curious, where do you live...? Anytime I see such complaints, I get suspicious that its the same useless Puchong branch at it again...

pos malaysia did the same to me previously.. the reason is item too big after i called them there is no card and no one come. its only 2 school bag. After a lot argument they only send to me

If buy online, when no delivery after 1 week. U need to start chasing them.

Last time got 1 item i wait almost 1 month because tak kisah sngt that time voucher kaw2 only pay rm10. No update, no shit just acknowledged.then contact cs they say no stock lol. I wtf. Wait long2 then no stock. They didn't bother to update status also. After that, lesson learned. Lol

Lol..tu la aku kata lesson learned. Aritu msa aku bli tv 1.5k. Seminggu trus aku bising sbb xda update. Call sna sini last kta seller awaiting stock. Lpas 2mggu lbih baru dpt tv.. Tu pn hari2 aku kacau cs..haha

Gdex yesterday outbound to ampang but never show out for delivery . Today at 6am bawak lari outbound to pj pula. Hopefully come todei if not need wait another week

my case almost same like yours. if continue like this. i going to their office flip table. and i feel weird. why their fb no ppl complaint? got so excellent service or not?
