latest stats, received email from customer services, mention cant deliver by 5th working days, will delay to next tuesday(earliest) which is 7th working days, offer me to cancel the order, but since 4th days, will kena penalty.. really feeling WTF

wat this mean? my wife whole day at house and no ppl come delivery and never see any card from gdex.service really suck

Google search, sorry card is a card where they left you a card saying your item is in there warehouse, call to arrange delivery again of self collect at warehouse
