I went already. Only Jaya Grocer worth to visit. And FnB worth to makan is the famous kin kin chili pan mee, Go Noodle House mee xian. That' all.

Is it the place they reclaim the store and refurbished into pearl shopping mall ?

It's the new wing of Pearl shopping mall. Got link bridge connect the old to the new mall. New mall above got service apartment.

Kin Kin is famous for many years already for its lat jiu pan mee (chili pan mee), you ask those working at Jalan TAR (batu road) they all know. Their pattern is kopitiam style, always hear the auntie and son and staff shout at each other.

OKR sure many ah bengs, lala chais, MLM and PRC

Yeah. But this one is new building linked to Pearl Point. Looks more high class. Got service apartment called Pearl Suria above the building. Bawah is shopping mall got Jaya Grocer and some FnB.

Last tim use lard. I used to wait at least one hour for my pan new to reach and that time I will eat 2 bowls. Now no need to wait also I won't go anymore. How I wish they produce the same taste like last time.

Nearby pearl point, this Central hypermarket building old klang road has been abandoned since year 2013. There's news saying the building owner singapore developer proposed a 'mix development' in three years time after kicking out their tenant in year 2013.

However, so far there's no sign they are going to develop it yet. No idea why they vacate their tenant so early.

I went to this new branch in Pearl, I see got lard in the bowl of pan mee, you didn't notice the lard? I went a few times in the first week they opened.

I never been to the new branch in pearl. Always go back to their original in chowkit. Was it good in pearl? If yes I wouldn't mind to drop by there to eat. )

This outlet of Kin Kin is not very good. I was quite sad.

JoJo's Kitchen is so much better. Might just be an outlet thing, but I dunno.

I wouldn't consider CK branch a worth to visit anymore. Thought new branch might be better. Was even thinking to go tonight. Guess not happening :/

How much is parking?

Pearl Point usually lots of parking and rm1 1 hour rm2 2 hours. Walk bridge got aircon.

maybe tauke scare banggla steal secret recipe sell to others so they kept the recipe to 70% only?

coz if you train the banggla properly can't mess it up, at most noodle overcooked since sauce is premixed.

Do JoJo still sell Sotong Ball noodle?

Because last time few branches no sell anymore.

Anyway their noodle so so only, nothing special, dunno why so many people go. price is expensive. The Sri Petaling branch service super bad.

BTW noticed just now at night behind the building got standalone Condo. Looks quite nice. never noticed it before.

The shopping building itself got basement parking. RM2 per hour. Parking can be quite full during weekends. Weekday quite empty.

Can also park at the opposite old pearl point mall then walk across the link bridge. RM1 per hour.

just park road side infront Jaya Grocer if you doing quick shopping.

There is parking (legal lots) a few steps away from the complex, near the fruit stalls. Park there if you can. Don't park in front of the mall itself, even if it's for a quick run in

Don't know as I usually just eat the pan mee. The kuchai one is good, no idea about the Sri petaling one.

The Kin Ki pan mee not bad la, got pork oil and is not cruchy but soft type abit only but who wants a full bowl of it?

only thing is the dry noodle is abit dry, need to add some soup into it.

together with their dry chili, i say better than Jojo Panmee.

But they only have like 5 options.

Price not cheap also rm9 per bowl. If go Sri Petaling got 1 shop only rm5-6 also not bad.

Water wise, really only Chinese Tea and canned drinks...
