excuse me for noobie question, or if discuss already

Question - if i get a mini-sd card rated say 60x and use the included adapter to use it in a digicam, is the speed going to be diffferent (slower?)

[u might ask why get a mini-SD instead of SD since the digicam uses SD - i almost grab a new digicam recently, the seller offered a mini-SD 1G (rated60x) or some of those normal speed SD card n did not have high speed 1G SD card in stock at that moment]

thanx in advance

Kimi, I think the speed will be maintained. However the "actual" speed for the camera or device will determine how fast or slow it writes to the mini-sd card.

Hope this helps

Mini SD will be slower compared to standard sized SD card. It's highly recommended to use the standard SD card instead of using an adapter to convert Mini SD card to standard SD card.

If the speed matter, use Sandisk Ultra II SD card.

Just my 2 cent..

Yup, Mini SD suppose to be used on mobile phone but not digital camera, not advisable.
