hw much around is the casing??
my budget nt bery high leh..

casing can be vary from RM100 ~ 400... Lowyat got 1 shop sellin but RM280 and the bigger one is RM160

Steven, know where I can reset the annoying seat belt thingy? Went to service centre yesterday, they want to charge me RM120 for the reset since my Triton is out of warranty already .. damn..

Sifu.. need help!!! Got the DAB module today, am running win xp on my desktop .. running it on centrafuse 3.1, it keeps going on-off .. I couldn't test it on standalone program .. I've .net 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 installed .. help!

His software got problem...

On CF3 there is a bug but dunno solve edi or not. When you are in FM mode listening to your Favorite/Not Favorite channel for about 2 mins, it will jump back to DAB mode.

Wahhh im not sifu laaaaa....

How is the reception when driving? FM and DAB?

Driving? Haha.. not yet lah .. need to find a good casing for it first .. prolly will stop by at Jln Pasar tomorrow and hunt for an aluminum casing .. and looking for redtail catfish too .. haha.. tested it on bench, couldn't find many FM stations .. or do I need to manually enter the frequencies? I haven't install the antenna too ..

The antenna reception is GREAT like hell (Dalam bahasa Melayu panggil Teruk gile babas)

Hah..ha.. so, our antenna is no good? Since I'm not going to remove my current HDU, probably I could rewire the FM cable to the antenna and supply the 12V to it..

Yeah need to try your setup.... maybe my car too much insulation edi until FM freq also cannot enter

I just tested the DAB module in the car, haven't install the antenna yet ..but I could receive more FM frequencies than when it was on the bench.. much clearer too..yay!! Now .. need to drill the roof for the antenna ..

Haha, happy jadi Italian lah!! Anyway, my antenna installation wasn't good. Spent few hours yesterday, all the good reception gone. Probably because I wind the long coax cable, I guess need to cut it short because when I straighten the cable, the quality becomes much better on FM. Will continue working on it tomorrow.

I'm goin to become italian hahaha... I agree on the long cable create the loss. Pls update us when u tried on a shorter cable

Alright, went to finish my uncompleted job on the antenna, instead of the coax cable coiling under the roof/ceiling, it is now coiling at the other end, near the radio and this solved the FM reception problem that I experienced before. DAB reception wasn't a problem at all .. so, next will be to cut the coax and resolder the connector again. Too lazy for it now, will do this later when I need to shorten up my amateur rig too

The centrafuse interface is really buggy ..

1) The station/info on the top are doubled on the left and right side.
2) Sometime lost control of the radio
3) My favourite that I saved gone when I restart centrafuse
4) Waking up from sleep, the radio will blast off and I couldn't control it..

In other word .. the DAB module works, but not the software .. they need to do lot of programming hours to solve the problem.
