After slicing the roots into uniform size (+/- 5cm) the cassava chips will be dried. Mostly cassava chips is making into pellets. Available in food or feed grade. Cassava chips feed grade has wide application, including: animal feed, alcohol (ethanol), organic acid, starch (native or modified), sweetener, seasoning, etc..
