Bad move, applied online on Saturday and it is public holiday today. No news from them during the holiday, no idea if the porting from digi to webe went through since I don't get any notification on my phone. Anybody doing the web order, how long does it take for them to sent the simcard and by what courier?

Thanks, seems that they've shipped it out and expecting a delivery today. Hopefully they can leave the sim card without me being present there since I'm not at home. Eagerly to check how webe perform compared to others.

Whenever I switch over from different network, my TAC will not work and I need to inform the bank on change of provider even with the same number. I'll see if this will work or I need to do the same thing by calling the bank.

I've just received the SIM card from LineClear today, how long it will take Webe to proceed and do the porting from Digi? Anybody knows? Are they waiting for the SIM card to be delivered first and do the porting?

I'm really furious with Webe and their support, I'm porting over from Digi to Webe and it hasn't going anywhere. There are quite few who're in the same sh*t as me. What is going on Webe?

BTW, if I cancel my subscription, will I get back the RM106 I paid?

I'm unsubscribing now, the support person at the other end is really slow. She is offering me a month free sub for the problem I'm having and I think I'll say NO at this point in time. So, I'm done, I'm no longer have any patient to wait.
