start using webe since last week..
my area : bandar baru bangi (ukm, seksyen 3,7,8,15,16 & kampung teras jernang), kajang (kampung sungai balak, taman sutera), aeon balakong, subang jaya, shah alam plaza alam sentral, kesas, eliete, npe & plus.
speed all area are same 5-8mbps download and 2mbps upload. 3G & 4G.
no buffer on youtube. no TAC problem.
the only problem is sometimes no sevice for 10-30 second at my home (taman sutera).

i'm using iphone 6s plus..
no issue with maybank, cimb and hongleong TAC..

one more thing, cannot activate facetime and imessage..

now no need for certified phone..
can we tethering using non certified phone?

Full bar LTE..speed consistently at 25-30mbps..
normally i only can get 5-8mbps..kajang, bangi, KL & shah alam..
