time to terminate my webe account after 3 months of usage and no improvement on their service. keep log a reports and the results still the same.

i really not satisfied with webe handling their case. i was reported few cases and given the case number, but the case not yet solved and suddenly it closed automatically. another case is very long to solved even they already called me few times saying that the case can be solve within a day but after a week still no updates. when contacting their live chat, what i get is a copy paste answer that i received many times previously. i guess it is time to report it to SKMM.
