lol imagine the early birds who unwillingly bought certified phones just to get discount...

have anyone exceed 20 or 30 gb and check whether speed reduced..

i even 8gb oso hard to exceed.

just want to know whether they apply throttling on the speed or not.

depends on ur location.

let me clarify.

when peoples say "using celcom 3g", u are only using the coverage provided by celcom's base tower. the plmn brodcast is still webe. which means your data connection will be route through celcom radio controller (rnc) towards the webe core network.

provided that there is no congestion at the ran side, 3g speed should be in average good treshold.
