How to be sure the one that PM isn't webe related personel? Anyway i would always recommend Sir Google, he is very helpful. Just use common keyword that came out to your mind.

Anyone that connect to vpn, is it webe actually throttle encrypted/tunneled connection or just me. Using tunnelbear/purevpn or my own vpn server i get throttled to 30kb/sec.

Or is it just me?

Mind sharing which vpn provider, what protocol and is your connection 3G/4G?

Of course, totally understood the reason why.

Indeed, most of the time 3G is way more stable. I use my own server, an instances from AWS which i set up a 256-bit ovpn connection, i usually reach normal speed, but since this week its been 30kb/s only. So i thought maybe the encryption screwed up so i change to 128-bit connection but problem still persist. I then tried major vpn provider i found on the net and to my suprise, the speed is heavily being tuned down still.

Fluctuates between 200-270+ kb/s. With vpn it normally goes as i high as 800-1MB/s. And now, its at 30kb/s at best. Lol.

Sorry i keep on confused between those two. The download speed is 30KB/s.

Went even worse today, even without vpn connection. This is sucks.

Speed is very slow today. Network congested now i suppose.
