Dunno man, i downloaded a couple of files earlier at 12mbps speed, after exceeding 1gb my download speed drops to hell. Dunno if its server issue or webe throttling, but facebook and insta still loads fast though

At 4pm today (26 October) our domestic roaming partner, Celcom, will perform a major infrastructure upgrade within Menara TM. This will involve swapping existing 2G and 3G equipment. We anticipate that this exercise will be completed within eight hours, by midnight. 

During this planned upgrade, you might experience a service disruption on your webe mobile service. You might experience these issues:
Interrupted coverage (fluctuating or no coverage)
Inability to make or receive calls and dropped calls.
Poor or a slower browsing experience

The team performing the upgrade has assured us that they will do their best to complete this as fast as possible.
 
Once this is completed, you will be able to enjoy an improved experience on the webe service.

We apologise for any inconvenience during this time. Thank you for your kind support and understanding.

At least this time they did informed but late only! Previously their CS nearly swear to god that no network upgrade or anything going on!

Keep getting these kind of speed at Bandar Baru Bangi even after the upgrade yesterday.

Webe at least must remove the webe device term to get discount
Unless their 4g reaching at 90% population area,  then the condition is valid.

What is the point to used webe phone is your area always hook to 3g celcom

stay at kuching...LTE quite unstable (get around 2-5mbps) but locked to 3G can get (5-10mbps)...dunno what happen to the LTE of webe and tm..

Telekom Malaysia is going to merge together with Celcom again. TM mobile division Webe is going to go under Celcom after TM have merged with Celcom.

Anyway I am in Langkawi today, seem like most places got 4g lte with about 10mbps
certain forest places no 4g or even very bad 3g lol

Yup well said, enjoy endless data with Webe and stream as much as possible guys~ I already used more than 200GB for 2 consecutive months lol~

Have confirmed that AFTER 31st December 2016, can:
1) Terminate Unifi/Streamyx/P1 account, and
2) Can continue using non-certified devices, and
3) Pay RM79 / month plus 6% GST(s).

Other telcos boleh gulung tikar promoting data plan (s)....LOL...

Good news which will last temporarily... Expecting bad news in 1st January 2017 due to network CONGESTION....LOL...Then, port out back to other telco(s)...
