Help me cancel Spotify Premium.

Maxis, if you are reading this, help me cancel my current Spotify premium package completely. In light of Maxis cancellation of Premium Spotify, my father wanted to subscribe to Spotify premium family. However, I need my account to be cancelled from Maxis' subscription as my account is paid through Maxis. I already cancelled the renewal of the Spotify premium but my Spotify account is still a premium account and payment is still associated with Maxis. So in conclusion, I need Maxis to cancel my current Spotify premium regardless of the expiry date. PM me for details of the account. Thanks in advance  |

Dear maxis, kindly assist me with the cancelation as well as I've tried for a very long time and can't seem to do so. I wish to stop the premium features since it's no longer free. Thank you.

Maxis, me too. My family need to subscribe the family plan. I went to maxis spotify page but cannot find the unsubscribe button (using mobile data, not wifi). The banner in MyMaxis app is unclickable (i use note5).

Then, restart device and open m.maxis.com.my/spotify again or try m.maxis.com.my/spotify/spotify. TQ |

Hi Maxis,
I would like to unsubscribe from Spotify Premium before auto renewal on 13/11, which will costs me RM14.90. However, I am currently overseas and hence will not be able to turn off wifi and access the link using Maxis data. Please advice what to do.

No Unsubscribe button from m.maxis.com.my/spotify
Tried on 3G/EDGE, using Safari Private Mode, only Activate button appear
