Ok guys, I would like to know if possible to bypass the security of iPhone and have access to it?

Well, I have a friend where one of the family members has passed away which is these iPhone 6s owner.

They wish to have the content inside the phone especially those memorable videos/photos unfortunately with the phone being locked, they are unable to do so.

They have tried to use the finger/thumb print access from the owner. However, as he has passed away...the body doesn't longer warm or has heat thus the unlock attempts has failed (Probably the fingerprint sensor from the iphone has heat sensor as well bah).

Therefore, the only choice for me now is asking from the community if anyone can help them.

I was thinking previously to ask them to approach the Apple Store to assist (Perhaps providing the death certificate). However, before asking them to do so. I would like to get confirmation if this method could help as I know the family members are currently depressed & tired and I don't wish to give them false hope or wasting their time.

No, iPhone TouchID is just a simple imagery sensor. It does not have heat sensor.

However, if iPhone is not unlocked for more than 48 hours, then you're require to enter passcode.

No, there is no way to access an iPhone with any external tool, the content are all encrypted. Even Apple itself is not able to help you.

You best bet is still guessing the correct password.

This is impossible to unlock iphone after iOS 7 update. The only thing you can do is restoring the phone to factory resettings.

When FBI with a court order can't force apple to do it. I believe no one can.

The other thing is to see if the phone has synched with any computer. I read an article somewhere that once the computer is trusted. It sort of has access to the phone which is a loophole in some sort of way.

The person has to be also know for a fact that the phone is not active with the Find my phone function. Else, it will not activate after doing something like a DFU mode restore phone.

At that point, there will be another problem which is the AppleID.
