Seems like an interesting project, since it is just opposite of University of Nottingham. However was worried it will turned into another The Boss.... hmm.gif what you guys think?

Avoid at all cost... Univillage already over supply for Uni students.

Unless, another uni come in to Semenyih lah..

Nothing wrong with Semenyih. It just doesn't need shoebox units. There's plenty of apartments coming up and like another forummer said, already oversupply at Univillage.

Went to see the site yesterday....from what I see the area is lack of good commercial central for f&b or entertainment for student who stay there without own transport. this project might provide what's lack in the vicinity for the convenience of students since its integrated commercial shoplift and soho..provide a better choice for student for accommodation in the long run since now I notice a lot of them are staying in landed houses. My 2cents biggrin.gif

Lifestyle mall at this area is a big risk.
By the way, please read caferefully the
"Projection 8,000 upon completion"πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†
Projection for 3-4 years later on the "anticipated" number of students....
How to project student passing rate? Eligible criteria in entering this NothingHAM U?
How to measure student Growing rate?
How to measure possibility of similar University type competition like Heriot Watt in Putrajaya?
This is something investors must know before any decisions....

Afaik, that is not lifestyle mall like those shopping mall with aircond , it's more like double volume ceiling height shop lot with mezzanine floor.
from introduction booklet of Nottingham U already showing 5000 students as for now. The sa did show me..not their said so only.. rclxms.gif
