has anyone worked before in a shitty organisation where the management couldnt be bothered by what you say, treat everything impportant as insignificant, with male chauvinist megalomaniacs with egos bigger than the universe and at the end of the day still cant see that problems exist because of them? there was this lousy, pathetic so- called academic institution which i worked for before, where they practice nepotism, hired and promoted the same race and within the family, with so much problems that turnover is extremely high with horrid old woman in a particular department who has so much free time on her hands that she goes videotaping what everyone is doing and finds fault daily. oh God i sometimes wonder why there are so many types of shitty people in the world. what a hellhole. im glad i had the sense and ran away. guess wat? now the place is in the brinks of despair and that old woman? got fried and fired.

Find a new company. A company that do not know how to respect others is not worth.

There is a saying, nobody force you to be there .. right ? We have all been in or heard of such companies from friends. Do a background check always on the C-level and the people there is what I always do before joining somebody.
