Just make urself comfortable 1st.
Try all machine, find those u like the most n stick with it. Then u talk about plan until u make gym-routine a daily habit. Or else, i guarrantee u will quit after few weeks. |

First, ask yourself what are your goals?
To gain lean muscles? To lose fat? To improve fitness/stamina? Once you identify your goals you can decide what kind of workout routine to achieve it. |

u guy or girl?
whats ur main objective of going to a gym? (gain muscle mass/lose weight/keep fit etc) what extra facilities are u looking at that u might need to hit ur objective? (pool/sauna etc) interested to join classes? (yoga/zumba/HIIT/etc etc) how many days a week u can commit to going to gym? how many hours can u spend and what time u plan to go? find out what you are looking for when going to the gym. no point going gym and running 24/7. i would rather do rope skipping instead of cardio. |

Seriously get a good trainer, then work out a good plan for what you need to achieve your goals. Randomly taking advice from people who don't know what your goals are won't give you a good optimized workout plan.
