Something more confusing : http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Article/Miche...ess-Release.htmFrom the article, there won't be successor for PSS soon and most likely shall be succeeded by pilot sport cup 2.

QUOTE(hafiez @ Sep 4 2017, 01:06 AM) changed it last saturday. From re003. How does it fare compared to the re003? I'm on the fence between this 2 choices.

Looks like new competition is in town : Continental MaxContact 6
The product positioning is a direct rival to the pilot sport 4. Will definitely be cheaper when compared with same sizes since it is produced locally.

QUOTE(hihihehe @ Oct 5 2017, 04:50 PM) but the tyre noise is same as MC5 which is not good The sound characteristics will be different despite same "loudness", so presumably should at least be a little better than MC5. PS4 also sama sama loud category from the EU tyre label ratings....

QUOTE(6UE5T @ Oct 5 2017, 07:29 PM) Wonder how it is positioned with regards to CPC6 coz now both are now claimed to compete with PS4. My hunch is CPC6 will still be a bit higher performance than MC6 but not sure. Need to see the tread wear rating of the MC6. MC6 should be considered asia pacific "localised" version of CPC6 to cater for our rougher roads. CPC6 technically should have better performance, but who knows ....
