i have a question to ask for feedback.

Recently i booked an unit condo in JB, my agent told me i got the offer from 2 banks, there are:

Kuwait Finance house
90% loan approved
4.35% rate

Affinbank
89% loan approved
4.37% rate

Actually i never heard about Kuwait Finance house, is it okay? how the service? any feedback or comments about KFH?
