applied via m2u yesterday... never received any sms/email.. but Barca VS card appeared pending activation on m2u this morning.. does it mean my application is approved?

Called maybank to get a tracking no yesterday.. According to tracking no my FCB card was delivered and signed by building receptionist last friday... today i check with receptionist but the item is not there... how come they let somone else take our credit card on behalf... from my past experience there is a note on the credit card package stating that it must be signed by the recipient only... so furious right now
