Directly paying to car insurance company doesn't qualify FOR 10%  CB? Thinking of paying Etiqa next month.

cashback of refund during this month (May) for last month transaction will classified as 10% or 2%? if no spending at all during May, will the cashback become negative?
for instance, refund of RM2200 for April transaction during May, does that mean have to spend the same amount to offset the cashback?

MBB can't be waived. Only option is to redeem 10k TP to waive. However, MBB Barcelona have no option to waive SST as this card doesn't earn TP, hence the redeem TP option is also not available for this card.

Mine is like matte grey instead of black as per internet picture... kind of uglier than my platinum 2 cards...
