Before this VS you are already existing Maybank card user? It might follow your previous card anniversary date. Anyhow better call CS to confirm on your renewal date/month

there is another method that can be tried without additional charge and legal. Ask the sup card person (maybe principal card holder also can) to call up CS and inform them that the card keep being reject at terminal, suspect the chip faulty ask them to send the replacement one. This will not cost any (if first time event and subject to CS approval)

Submitted mine this morning but no news as of now already owned M2card, VS and Ikhwan hopefully approve if not have to go card centre already.

Maybank Visa Signature, groceries and petrol 5% rebate everyday. There is AF though (waived upon certain condition) however I don't think I can meet it. Will cancel after 1 year usage

Btw, I logged into M2U found that FCB VS approved but my maybank2card Amex is missing only left with maybank2card master

Actually it matters also, assuming 1 (foolishly) spend RM2500 on the last day of the month but posted the following day in new month and subsequently spend another RM2500 on the said new month.

I wonder Maybank will troll us all when later in 1st Oct either those transaction on 31st Aug and posted on 1st Sep or later would only get 2% rebate or worst case 0% (if they consider it as August CB pool).

Someone tested in May only not sure they fix the bug for this or not. Finger cross the loop hole still there.

I've installment plan tied up with this card (7.7 sale) damn it. Can I cancel card and transfer the transaction to my Maybank2Amex?

My card anniversary is July (haven't see SST charge to it yet but should be end of the month). Can I cut after my rebate comes in 1st August yet don't want to pay the SST?

Called Maybank this morning to cancel my Barcelona card. CS asked what's the reason mention due to reduce in cash rebate. No question asked, straight deactivated it.

My card expiry was July so SST was charged on 1st Aug, asked to waive it since no usage after SST charged (technically there was July rebate for it but I consider that as payment but they mention subject to management approval)

Asked to transfer my instalment plan to Maybank2Amex but was told can't. They will bill the full settlement during my statement date.
