i too swiped slightly over rm1k for condo maintenance (cover for 4 months).

another fcb vs going to be used for car maintenance (supposed in Sep, pushed to Aug instead) biggrin.gif since going to be a major service, hopefully not more than rm1k. if got balance, use for online purchases or grocery shopping.

always been that way.

mcc not readily available to them. you may need to press very hard to get them check (and they may call you back later after checking)

possibly due to security/privacy or their crm doesnt show/open low-level details of the transaction for front-end staffs.

if u read long enough of ppl applying via online here in this forum, the reject rate is higher due to preset criteria.

most ppl have higher success rate (or proper validation) after going thru human review.


so, if sales rep calling you back, then they know you were rejected (by the system) but still willing to review your application manually.

whether they earn their commission or not, it's not for you or us to decide, right?


you want to card. you want to be approved. you want to enjoy the benefits. that's all.
