Yes this is exactly my experience - Maybank the most strict, while Citibank and CIMB super generous. For me, I have to request for CL limit increase from Maybank every year after I get my increment. Citibank will usually call and offer CL increases!

Just applied 1 more AEON Card, AEON Big Gold Visa by submitting my latest payslip. Got approved and increase my credit limit from 20% lower than MBB to 33% higher than MBB. Seems like MBB is the most stingy in given credit limit. haha..

I used my VS today at one of the local supermarkets in Port Dickson. When the cashier took my card, I told her to use PayWave which she did and it was done so swiftly. Another cash back will be pocketed. laugh.gif

I like the convenience of PayWave, whenever I'm in front of the cashier, if possible I will use PayWave.

I will still need to safeguard my cards though, max can be swiped via PayWave is only RM 250 right?

When it was first out, I was kinda worried but after using it for few times on my VS and MACH, it is useful and convenient. thumbup.gif

RM 250 is still worth the risk.

I think all Pin & Pay terminals come with it. So now should be OK.

mbb stated this in their website, T&Cs, and post #1 here:

// Only TREATSPoints earned from spend in Maybank Visa Signature card will be eligible for redemption into cash. TREATSPoints earned from other cards are not allowed to be transferred into card members Visa Signature card. //

Anyone purchased grocery voucher from Tesco and Aeon (please add on other grocery list) and eligible for the 5% cash back too? If that's the case, looks like can maximise the cash back on certain months.

Tesco yes but not AEON. Only certain ones as they usually sell the vouchers in customer service area which is usually at departmental area.

Remember to use gift vouchers b4 expiry esp Tesco. I learned the hard way. Using topup card like AeonBig or Tesco TnG is better.
