is it possible to move back the overpaid credit to savings?

i paid the statement balance but the next day, there was some refunds so the amount was overpaid

u can request and up to bank to approve or reject

Maybank will reverse the cash rebates that you earned for debit transactions.

below rm10k can call to centre,

if more than rm10k, need to write in a proper letter, attach and send via email

Yes but they didn't include the other transactions cash rebate. Called and follow up 3 times only can get it sorted.

Cash rebate will be adjusted at the last day of the month. (Credit transactions + Debit transactions) x 2%.

nobody knows for sure. but I assume u cannot topup and withdraw within a short period of time without proper spending. but anyway this is out of topic.
